Dr. Z’s career is defined by dedication, advanced training, and a belief that patients deserve dentistry that is both highly skilled and genuinely caring. After moving to the United States as a young teen in pursuit of a brighter future, he worked toward a life shaped by education, opportunity, and service.
He graduated at the top of his class, summa cum laude, from Stony Brook University School of Dental Medicine, earning top academic honors and advancing to a highly competitive residency at the Bronx VA Medical Center. There, he provided complex surgical and restorative care for veterans, building the advanced clinical foundation he practices today. During this time, he also participated in a dental mission to Madagascar, providing essential care in underserved communities.
Following residency, Dr. Z spent a decade practicing high end cosmetic and restorative dentistry on Park Avenue in Manhattan, where precision, aesthetics, and comprehensive care were essential. That experience refined his expertise in smile design, implant dentistry, and full arch rehabilitation.
Throughout those years, Monmouth County was always home. Dr. Z and his wife Holly lived here while he commuted into the city, staying rooted in the community where she grew up and where her family has long standing ties. As their family grew, choosing to build their future here felt both natural and meaningful.
Today, Dr. Z is proud to continue the legacy entrusted to him by Dr. Gary Scher and Dr. Gregory Mills. The same dedicated team remains, caring for the families who have trusted this practice for decades, while expanded expertise and modern capabilities allow the practice to evolve thoughtfully.
